Is it safe for a baby to live in a basement apartment?

we live in my mom’s basement apartment because we can’t afford our own place right now. our daughter is 6 months old. I’m terrified about it not being safe for her down here. it’s a finished basement, we keep it clean, i vacuum with a hepa filter vacuum, run a dehumidifier the humidy stays between 40-50%, and I just bought a top of the line air purifier. Anything else I can do? Is it safe for her to live down here? She spends a lot of her day upstairs in the main house.

Are there outside windows and plenty of fresh air and light.

That is normal habitable space. Why are you going nutty with air purifiers and vacuuming? What dangers are you fantasizing that a finished basement could pose to anybody?
I think you seem like you do have it under control pretty well, and I also understand your concern for your child’s health because basements are breeding grounds for mold. I would suggest maybe getting a radon inspection for the home if you have not already done so, this is something you should do no matter what part of the house you are staying in.
